Nickolas Joannidis
Nick Joannidis is a running and wellness coach who has been running for over 40 years. He competed in varsity high school cross country and track at Saddle Brook High School in the mid-1980’s, varsity cross country and track at Division II Pace University, and has finished over 400 road races since then. This includes 25 marathons with a best of 3:14:50, having qualified for the Boston Marathon 4x. He recently set PR's in the 12K, 10 mile, 20K and 13.1 mile (half marathon) distances and currently coaches cross country, winter track, and spring track at Fair Lawn High School. He coaches all ages: from kids to teens to adults, with special attention to their specific goals.

Joel Pasternack
Joel Pasternack has been running for sixty years and coaching for 45 years. He placed 28th in the Boston marathon in 1974 with a time of 2:25.03. He has coached high school and college. He has been coaching the North Jersey Masters for 25 years, the Denovo Harriers for 10 years and the Clifton RoadRunners for the last four years.

Jim Nicosia
Certified Youth Coach
A children's literacy advocate and teacher, Jim Nicosia is a coordinator of the Tuesday night track workouts for CRRC. A student of running, he is a Rutgers Youth Sports Research Council certified youth coach.
